RiseUP: Empowering Migrant Entrepreneurs
RiseUP is a free programme with tailored supports to entrepreneurs at all stages, divided in three phases:
- StandUP Monthly webinars for those interested in exploring entrepreneurship as a career opportunity.
- StartUP Individual mentorship, workshops, and access to our advice clinic. Open to early stage entrepreneurs with validated ideas and a business registered in Ireland.
- ScaleUP Tailored support from Broadlake to businesses that are ready to scale.
Mentorship and expert advice is offered by Open Doors partners Broadlake and Enterprise Ireland, as well as experienced entrepreneurs.
StandUp Phase - Webinars
As part of the RiseUP programme, we offer free webinars that are open to the public.

StartUp Phase
If you are an early stage entrepreneur looking for mentorship, access to expert advice, and in-depth training, this is your chance.
To apply, you must:
- Be a migrant, refugee or asylum seeker living in Ireland (including those under Temporary Protection)
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a registered business in Ireland and have invested resources into your business (your time and/or money)
Applications are now closed and are expected to open again in August 2026.
ScaleUp Phase
The third phase of the programme is aimed at migrant and refugee entrepreneurs with a business in Ireland that is already generating considerable revenue and is ready to scale.
